RETURN POLICY

You may return items purchased from the Health Stuff Store within one week after receiving your shipment. We require notification or your intentions by phone at: 619-477-7099 or by E-mail at: SanovivOrders@PacBell.Net.

Sanoviv must charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price of the items returned, less the shipping charges originally paid by you. Sanoviv will only refund shipping charges in the event the charge is a direct result of our error. Sanoviv is not responsible for items lost by a carrier for returns. Sanoviv will issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items at our offices in National City, California. All credits will be in the same form of payment used for purchase and we will notify you via E-mail or telephone of your refund and amount.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories if applicable. For health reasons, you may not return "Supplements", "Personal Care" and "Spa at Home" items even if they are unused. Books must be in original (new) and saleable condition (no broken spines, tears, etc.). Music, Video and Audio items must be returned unopened and in their original condition.
